Shipping policy

Welcome to TheCashZap. We are dedicated to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because we work with global fulfillment partners, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. This time is used for quality checks, packaging, and sorting. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Estimates

We ship worldwide, and delivery times vary by location. Our current estimated delivery windows are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 10–18 business days

  • International: 15–25 business days

Note: These are estimates. Factors such as holiday seasons, extreme weather, or customs delays may impact delivery times.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, TheCashZap will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.

  • If your tracking number doesn't show information immediately, don't worry—it is simply in transit between the warehouse and the main sorting hub.

4. Separate Shipments

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages. If you receive one part of your order before the rest, please rest assured that the remaining items are still on their way.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

TheCashZap is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, or if the tracking has stopped updating for more than 30 days, please contact us at fastclickbucks@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.
